I do yoga for my back occasionally.  It helps.  Have a transcendental weekend & here, have a drink:

East India Cocktail No. 1

1 1/2 oz. Brandy

1/2 tsp. Pineapple Juice

1/2 tsp. Triple Sec

1 tsp. Jamaica Rum

1 dash Bitters

Shake with ice, strain into cocktail glass & add a twist of lemon peel and a cherry. Remember, don’t drink and drive your karma over someone’s dogma…you might spill your drink.
