La Vida Skeeter

When creating Moe Skeeter, I envisioned him waking up in strange places after every crazy night out, not remembering much from the previous evening.  Today: a jockey’s hat.  Tomorrow: who knows?  Anyway, it’s post time.  Place your bets on having an awesome weekend!  Here, have a drink:

Mint Julep

4 sprigs Mint

1 tsp. Powdered Sugar

2 tsps. Water

2 1/2 oz. Bourbon

In a silver julep cup (silver mug or collins glass), muddle mint leaves, powdered sugar & water.  Fill the glass with ice & add bourbon.  Top with more ice and garnish with a mint sprig & straws.  You’ll be singing Camptown ladies in no time.
