O’zapft is! It’s Friday! TGIF!! If you’re just “tuning in” (sorry, I work in tv) for your usual Friday La Vida Skeeter, I invite you to check out the last few comics. I’ve posted a new comic every day this week with the skeeters celebrating Oktoberfest! If you’ve been here all week, hope you’ve enjoyed the ride, populated with skeeterhosen, drindls (so fun to draw), butchered eastern European accents & even a special guest appearance from my dachshund! I modeled Surfer-on-Acid’s chicken hat in today’s comic from one I saw last year here at Tulsa’s Oktoberfest:
I have been on a furlough from work most of this week, and it’s been great getting to focus more on the artwork. Back to regularly-scheduled comics for the next two weeks, but then, I’m cooking up a batch of dailies for the week of Halloween! Anyway, enjoy ze veekend & here, have a drink:
Angry German
1 part Amaretto
1 part Jagermeister
1 part Black Haus blackberry schnapps
ice
1 dash Salt
2 parts Lime Juice
Fill rocks glass or tumbler with ice. Add all ingredients, shake & strain into 3-6 shot glasses. Yell your favorite swear word and down’em.
