I know it seems I scrapped storyline for one-hitters a while back, but I still plan on doing a lot with those characters. Today’s strip: fallout from last week’s anniversary party! I know last week’s one-panel had a LOT going on (cluttered might be putting it mildly), but I do want to explore all the characters’ situations from that scene. So if you missed it, go see it (and let me know if you see Where’s Waldo…only kidding).
I’ve found my 1st mission for LVS in Year Two: website redesign. Yahoo Sitebuilder has been a good primer for me (especially with the WYSIWYG layout), but it’s not set up to work like a blog (which seems to suit webcomics much better). Comic feed-readers don’t see my updates, the traffic counts are skewed & have even caused my PW ad box to be disabled, etc. Anyway, I’ve been playing with WordPress & Comicpress, so it’s only a matter of time now before I make the switch. Yahoo will still be my host, but the LVS site will run off of WordPress. I’m excited about the change,
and the main reason I’m doing it is to make the site more reader-friendly and accessible for you. Anyway, the weekend is here! Make it a good one & I’ll see you back here next Friday for another comic!
