June 11th was my bday (or as I like to call it: Lee Day). Been a busy week full of lots of surprises. I worked a couple overnights this week bookending my birthday. My wife had gifts and pampered me though when I got home the morning of my bday. Another surprise (not as fun): my dayjob is furloughing people, which means I have to take 2 weeks off without pay at some point in the next 6 months. The news biz (like everyone else) is taking a big hit in this economy. Anyway, I like to look at the upside of things. So, during that time, I plan on cranking out a lot of La Vida Skeeter comics (might even do a daily). Anyway, I’ll keep ya updated if I do. In the meantime, hope u r having an awesome Friday. I know I am! TGIF!

2 oz. Bourbon
6 oz. Apricot Nectar
Pour over ice into a collins glass & stir. Serve with a straw.
